Fitness, Runs and Endurance Events

Leading off the Lowcountry's 60+ list of road races, triathlons, adventure challenges, etc. is the largest participatory event each year, the annual Cooper River Bridge Run with close to 40,000 runners and walkers. USA Today recently named it to be one of the, “10 Great Places to Hit the Road, 5/2009.” Below is a 12-month calendar of annual fitness, runs and endurance events, but always check the web site's updated Calendar of Events for new opportunities.
